Collegiate Corner

​The Director of Collegiate Affairs plays a pivotal role in promoting the fraternity’s values of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service among collegiate chapters.​ This position involves overseeing the activities and operations of the chapters, ensuring adherence to the fraternity’s standards and policies, and providing guidance and support to chapter leaders.

The Director’s key responsibilities include:

• Supervising Chapter Activities: Coordinating and supervising the operations of collegiate chapters, ensuring that they align with the philosophies and objectives of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
• Promoting Development Programs: Facilitating educational and leadership development programs that empower chapter members to excel academically and socially.
• Resource Provision: Offering resources and support to chapters to assist them in planning events, community service projects, and membership drives.
• Mentorship: Serving as a mentor to collegiate leaders, encouraging collaboration among chapters, and facilitating networking opportunities.
• Representing the Eastern Region: Acting as a voice for the collegiate members on administrative matters, relaying concerns and successes to the fraternity’s leadership council.
